Role & Deliverables: Creation of comprehensive component and assembly drawings complete with GD&T, accurate BOMs, strict revision control, and vendor-ready documentation packages.

Design for Manufacturing & Assembly (DFMA)

DFMA / Process Optimization

Problem: Many product designs look great on screen but are impossibly expensive or complex to machine, print, or assemble efficiently in the real world.

Role & Deliverables: Evaluating and optimizing design geometry specifically for Additive Manufacturing (3D printing) and Subtractive Manufacturing (CNC machining) to ensure efficient production.

Business Value: Slashes unit costs, minimizes material waste, and speeds up production cycles by designing components that naturally fit the strengths of the chosen manufacturing process.
